The Kelt Ocean Club has met the challenge successfully
On Saturday, April 27, started the Kelt Ocean Race in the bay of Douarnenez in Brittany, France.
The 110 competitors started from Morgat to join Lestrevet (Saint Nic), or 17 Kms downwind (downwind) in very beautiful ocean conditions (30 knots of wind and 3m of swell). 5 supports were represented Stand UP, pronepaddleboard, SUPFoil, surfski and canoe OC1.This edition will remain in the history of Stand up. Indeed, it happened the first ever victory in France of a SUP foil in front of other SUP! Eric Terrien (multiple champion of France and Vice World Champion SUP) dit it !. But that's not all, we have seen Amandine Chazot 'victory in women category as well as 5th place overall. Marius Auber (15 years) dominated the men's SUP category. Joseph Gueguen won pronepaddleboard race, already winner of the 2018 edition.See you in 2020 ,on April 11th and 12th.

"ENEZ RAID PADDLE" (enez = île en breton)
Erwan Léannec, President of the Kelt Océan Club, has a personal challenge, from Ouessant to Concarneau in paddle.
Water sports enthusiast, Erwan will start in July 2019 for a unique challenge: 180 km paddle boarding in the Iroise sea between Ouessant and Concarneau with the strength of the arms only.He will be accompanied by a sailboat, a photographer and a cameraman who will highlight this adventure and the beauty of the Ponant Islands.The goal is, among other things, to promote an underestimated sport that is the prone paddleboard.To finance the Enez raid paddle, Erwan launched a crowdfunding campaign on Ekosea.com."I hope to raise 2,500 euros by the end of June, I'm over half.
